Newly Redesigned Client Portal
The portal look & feel will be revamped with an improved and easier to navigate experience for your clients, as well as additional features to give you more control over the appointments and contacts your clients can view.

Scheduling & Authorizations Improvements
Schedule Validation

New feature will allow organization's accounts to enforce Schedule Validation so users scheduling appointments can quickly identify authorizations or provider availability issues when booking appointments.

Payor Work Week Set Up

New setting will allow organization's accounts to configure accepted insurance plans work weeks to ensure authorizations and appointments are always aligned to payors work week requirements.
Clinical Feature Updates
Count Prompts as Negative

Users will be able to set Percent Independent and Task Analysis data collection types to count prompts as negative by default on a specific device.

Learning Tree & Session Comments

Learning Trees and Sessions will display comments added the last 7 days (instead of just the last 48 hours) and users will be able to mark comments as seen for tracking purposes.

New Time-Off Request Notifications
New time off notifications will allow managers and employees to opt-in to receive an email when time off requests are submitted for approval and when requests are approved or denied.
